About the role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations and being based in West Perth, you will be a trusted a team member, providing support and advice to leaders, team members and the People & Culture team.
You will join our People and Culture team where you will be working alongside an exceptional team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity.
What you will do
- Ensuring compliance requirements are being accurately recorded.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in the HR/Payroll Systems.
- Provide input and guidance to managers and employees regarding understanding of HR policies, procedures, forms and processes.
- Management of HR inbox providing guidance or escalating as required.
What you will bring
Bringing your exceptional, proactive communication and administrative skills working in a similar role in a fast paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications(Bachelors Degree) and or applied industry experience
- Experiences and understanding of vetting processes and experience of interpreting multiple modern awards
- Strong statistical/analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation.

The salary range for this role is $76,515 -$85,000AUD base + Super
