We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our established Deakin (Canberra) clinic, contributing to a high‑performing multidisciplinary team and providing best-practice clinical outcomes.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a senior clinician looking to:

  • Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services
  • Support and mentor junior clinicians
  • Contribute to service quality, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Progress toward leadership opportunities within a structured organisation

About You

You will demonstrate:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with paediatric and/or disability caseloads
  • Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
  • The ability to support, mentor, or informally lead clinicians
  • A collaborative and professional approach to service delivery
