About the Role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services while providing mentoring and clinical support to Speech Pathologists within the team.

Working with children and their families, you will help clients develop communication, social interaction, and functional life skills that support participation in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions
• Manage a diverse paediatric caseload
• Support and mentor junior clinicians
• Provide clinical guidance and contribute to service excellence
• Develop and monitor client-centred therapy plans and goals
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals
