This Accounts Receivable Team Leader position (9 month contract) will lead and develop the AR team to deliver, timely accurate cash application and collections, robust financial controls and insightful reporting that enables operational and finance leaders to make decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receipting payments and allocating high volume of transactions
- Foster good relationships with internal departments and clients
- Overseeing debtor management and liaising with internal departments to delegate debt collection duties and maintain debtor ledger
- Overseeing database and document management
- Preparting midmonth & end of month reporting
About you:
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a can-do attitude. You will be able to effectively manage your time as well display a strong attention to detail.
- Experienced Accounts Receivable Leader – at least 4 years
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Highly motivated with attention to detail
- Process driven
- Resilient and confident
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP & pivot tables a must)
- Strong PC and software skills – experience across multiple platform
- Adaptable to change
- Experience with SAP
- Experience using multiple software packages
