We are searching for a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst who will help maintain and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment across Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and integrated systems.

About the role
As a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, you’ll manage day‑to‑day support across the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring stable operation, strong data quality, and high user adoption.
You’ll resolve incidents, manage system access, support configuration changes, and work closely with users and technical teams to maintain a reliable, secure, and well‑governed D365 ecosystem.
This role also contributes to continuous improvement by monitoring system health, identifying recurring issues, and supporting enhancements across the Power Platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Respond to and resolve user‑reported issues via ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot technical and functional problems across D365 Sales, Marketing, and Field Service
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and security
- Monitor system health, performance, and uptime
- Apply patches, updates, and participate in release management
- Support integrations with external systems and APIs
- Deliver training sessions and create user documentation
- Support change management for new features and system updates
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Field Service)
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Understanding of security roles, duties, and privileges in D365
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑support skills
- Ability to clearly communicate progress and manage deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating across geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
