Your Role as a Speech Pathology Grad
Ready to help children find their voice and build confidence through communication?
As a Speech Pathology Graduate at Early Start Australia, you'll work with children and families to make a real difference every day. - Support children to develop their speech, language, communication and social skills through engaging, evidence-based therapy.
- Help children communicate with confidence at home, at school and in their communities.
- Create personalised therapy plans that are meaningful, achievable and tailored to each child's goals.
- Partner with parents, carers and educators, empowering them with strategies that support children's communication beyond therapy sessions.
- Work with children with a range of developmental, learning and communication needs, helping them thrive in everyday life.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals as part of a fun, supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver therapy across our clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth, keeping every day varied and rewarding.
- Celebrate the big wins, the small wins and all the breakthroughs in between!
