As the Head of Consulting you’ll draw on a proven reputation for providing sustainable commercial and people outcomes with our industry clients. The work we do in psychology and consulting is unique and the type of consulting projects we are engaged in provide professional growth and career opportunities. 

You’ll have the privilege of leading and coaching a team of passionate and high calibre consultant psychologists and OD professionals ensuring we deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative, evidence-based solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and design high-value consulting projects to lead to continue your professional growth. 

The successful candidate can be based in  Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

We’re Looking for an energetic and proven People Leader Who: 

• Is passionate about leading, developing and building high-performing teams and outcomes 

• Is a seasoned leadership capability program designer and facilitator (to senior stakeholder audiences)  

• Brings a customer-led mindset back up by experience improving client outcomes and performance 

• Understands the commercial requirements of consulting and is committed to managing operational performance (process and people) 

• Has proven experience leading large-scale psychosocial risk prevention, mental health and wellbeing projects 

• Thrives in a fast-paced but collaborative environment bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset  

• Essential: Holds qualifications in Psychology (with current AHPRA registration)
