About the Role:  

As a Learning Designer, you will:  

• Develop high-quality learning materials for use globally.  

• Design and develop interactive elements and games.  

• Work with SMEs to research, write, and update learning resources.  

• Leverage cutting-edge education technology to enhance learner engagement.  

• Ensure content aligns with RTO standards and best practices.  

To excel in this role, you will bring:  

• A formal qualification in learning design, education, or a related field.  

• Proven experience in designing online learning programs.  

• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.  

• Expertise in authoring tools, AI content creation, LMS platforms, and digital design software.  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.  

• A collaborative, proactive approach to working with subject matter experts.  

• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in adult education and learning methodologies.  

• A deep passion for learning innovation and driving positive learner outcomes.
