Quality Assurance Analyst - Salesforce
At MyIntegra, quality is essential to delivering reliable, accessible, and positive experiences for the people and communities we support. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to lead quality assurance across our Salesforce platform, integrations, and customer-facing portal. You will define the test approach, plan test coverage, manage defects and provide clear advice on quality risks and release readiness. Working with business stakeholders, the Salesforce Architect, developers, and delivery partners, you will ensure changes meet business requirements and are released safely and reliably. Based in Melbourne, this is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, plans, cases, scripts and acceptance criteria.
- Deliver functional, regression, integration, data validation, accessibility and cross-browser testing.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Create test data and maintain reusable regression packs.
- Log, triage and track defects through to resolution.
- Complete smoke, API, integration and post-deployment testing.
- Produce clear reporting on test coverage, defects, risks and release readiness.
- Maintain test documentation, user guides and release notes.
- Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Two plus years quality assurance or testing experience with Salesforce Lightning, Experience Cloud or customer portals.
- Experience planning and delivering functional, regression, integration, data validation and UAT testing.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Testing Lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Java, Python or JavaScript will be highly regarded. Salesforce or ISTQB certification, and experience in the NDIS, health, not-for-profit or community services sectors will also be viewed favourably.
