Receptionist
Lifecare / Ontrac is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity (Mondays and Tuesdays) working to support our Allied Health team in Bowral.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean space, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

- Knowledge of Nookal or other clinical/medical software advantageous
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
