We are seeking a passionate and motivated Psychologist to join our collaborative team in Hindmarsh, South Australia.

About the Role

As a Psychologist at ESA, you will play a vital role in supporting children, adolescents, and their families through evidence-based assessment and intervention services. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced clinicians while delivering high-quality care across clinic, community, and school settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
    • Intellectual Developmental Disorders
    • Other developmental and behavioural concerns
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Develop, implement, and review client-centred goals with families and key stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate closely with allied health professionals, educators, and support networks
  • Support children and young people aged 2 to 16 years to enhance participation, independence, and wellbeing
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture

About You

You are a compassionate and client-focused professional who is passionate about supporting children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology
  • Current General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience conducting assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions
  • Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions
  • ADOS-2 and/or MIGDAS training and experience
  • Experience within multidisciplinary or community-based settings
