Your Opportunity
As a Psychologist at ESA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children and families to maximise independence and participation. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting standardised clinical assessments to identify goals and needs.
- Providing education, counselling, and support to clients and families.
- Developing functional, routine-based goals and delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Reviewing progress and setting new priorities collaboratively.
- Promoting inclusion in community activities and working closely with stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Psychology with current AHPRA registration.
- Passion: A love for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families.
- Skills: Strong counselling abilities and knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and parents.
- Experience: Risk and mental health assessment experience is desirable.
- Compliance: AHPRA registration, WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS screening, Covid-19 vaccination/exemption, First Aid, Driver’s License & insured vehicle.
