About the Opportunity
We’re launching an exciting project across our Health & Prevention brands, and we’re looking for a curious, analytically minded Remuneration Project Coordinator to help bring clarity and structure to how we classify, evaluate and reward our diverse workforce.
This Full time or Part‑time, 6‑9 month role is perfect for someone who wants meaningful project work with flexibility — ideal if you’re balancing other commitments or prefer a shorter‑term assignment with real impact.
Your work will involve interpreting and applying two key awards:
- Health Professionals and Support Services Award — which covers health professionals and support services in the health industry, including medical, pathology and dental services
- Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award — which applies across community services, home care, disability support and related administrative roles
This project will shape how our brands support, attract and reward people delivering frontline and preventative health services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside our People Solutions Leader, this stream of project work focuses on re‑examining role design and job architecture across our health and prevention workforce.
- Applying HPSSA classification structures, including support services and health professional streams and minimum wage requirements.
- Interpreting and applying SCHADS levels and streams (SACS, disability, home care) to ensure accurate and compliant role classification.
- Mapping roles into our internal pay grade structure with a focus on equity, consistency and clarity.
- Collaborating with leaders to understand role responsibilities, clarify job expectations and support organisational planning.
- Developing project artefacts such as classification guides, role maps and documentation to uplift organisational capability.
- Playing a key role in broader redesign, workforce planning and structural improvement initiatives.
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you’re:
- Experienced in remuneration analysis, job evaluation or industrial classification.
- Confident working with HPSSA and SCHADS and translating award rules into practical recommendations.
- Someone who enjoys project‑based work with clear deliverables and plenty of autonomy.
- Comfortable communicating complex concepts in a clear, practical and people‑friendly way.
Why You’ll Love This Project
- A chance to shape the foundations of our future workforce across health and prevention brands.
- Flexibility — ideal for someone seeking part‑time hours over 6-9 months (4 day week)
- Supportive colleagues and a collaborative People & Culture team.
- Opportunity to influence fairness, transparency and structural consistency across multiple service lines.
- A purposeful project that will leave a long‑lasting impact.
