At Early Start Australia (ESA), we’re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic East Victoria Park team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse paediatric caseload, supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities through tailored therapy programs and Early Childhood Early Intervention.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings.
  • Collaborate closely with families to help children achieve their developmental goals.
  • Mentor and support junior clinicians, sharing your expertise and fostering professional growth.
  • Enjoy full administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
  • Proven experience working with paediatric clients and/or disability services.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a culturally diverse environment.
