We’re looking for enthusiastic, curious, and committed therapists who are excited to grow their skills in paediatrics. Whether you're just starting out or looking to shift your career focus, we offer exceptional mentoring, a collaborative culture, and a clear pathway for professional development.

 About Us

At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in developing their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills. Our team is known for its collaboration, compassion, and creativity—and yes, we have a clinic mascot named Basil the Goat who keeps things fun!

What We Offer

  •  40+ hours of CPD annually – including monthly in-house training, national/state clinical meetings, paid PD leave, and a personal PD budget

 The Role

As part of our team, you’ll:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a diverse paediatric caseload
  • Work across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
  • Be part of a team that values innovation, empathy, and excellence

What You’ll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Full registration  SPA
  • New grads and early career therapists are strongly encouraged to apply!
  • A passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Compliance with relevant checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS screening, First Aid, Driver’s License
