About Us
At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in developing their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills. - Collaborative service model – more time for planning, creativity, and client connection
- Multidisciplinary teamwork – share ideas and build holistic treatment plans
- Clinic culture that celebrates fun – lunches, awards nights, dress-up days, and “Ask the Goat” moments
- Perkbox membership – discounts on groceries, entertainment, and more
- Flexible hours – full-time or part-time to suit your lifestyle
- Generous paid parental leave
- Admin support – so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork
The Role
As part of our team, you’ll:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a diverse paediatric caseload
- Work across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
- Be part of a team that values innovation, empathy, and excellence

- Full registration SPA

- A passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compliance with relevant checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS screening, First Aid, Driver’s License
