Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes
  • Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create a seamless support experience
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needs
  • Support high-quality, person-centred service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to positive outcomes that enhance independence, participation and quality of life

About You

  • Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, evidence-informed services.
  • A passion for empowering people to maximise participation and independence.
