At Early Start Australia (ESA), we provide early intervention and therapy services to children and families across 46 clinics nationwide. With a team of over 600 professionals, we support more than 28,000 families each year.
We are currently seeking a part-time Psychologist to join our friendly and experienced team in Maroochydore.

About the Role
As a Psychologist at ESA, you will:
- Conduct clinical assessments to identify goals and areas of need
- Provide therapy that is practical, engaging, and tailored to each child and family
- Work closely with families to develop and review goals
- Support children’s participation in everyday and community activities
- Collaborate with other professionals and key stakeholders
- Contribute to ongoing service improvement and best practice
What You’ll Need
- A degree in Psychology and current registration with AHPRA
- A genuine interest in working with children and families
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Experience in mental health or risk assessments (desirable)
- A current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid certificate, COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, and a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle
